 To join the fierce export sales team at VietSun Holdings, you need:

 

  • NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. It would be great if you have at least 1 year of experience in B2B international business.
  • Graduated from College/University majoring in Import-Export/International Business/Business Administration/English Language, or other major and feel particularly suitable for the job position.
  • Good English, good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills are essential skills in this position. You will have an advantage if you can communicate in Russian, French, German, etc.
  • Proactive, careful, honest, sociable.
  • High responsibility in work
  • In addition, you should have the ability to be autonomous, work independently and work well in groups.
  • You will have the opportunity to travel domestically and internationally on business regularly, so we need people who are passionate about transformation.

Your main job is:

  • Search and identify customers from potential markets, look for new business opportunities in the market
  • Plan and monitor new marketing initiatives
  • Maintain regular contact with current potential customers, maintain and develop relationships.
  • Understand products and services to enhance competitive advantage; Compile and analyze the market to identify trends.
  • Perform other tasks related to sales activities assigned by team leader/superior manager
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide professional support to customers
  • Report sales activities and propose weekly sales plans to Team Leaders / Upper Managers
  • Make weekly sales plans to upsell and cross-sell with current customers to achieve assigned sales targets. Propose business development plans to managers.
