Service and Warranty

  1. Repairs under the warranty period shall be carried out by the company’s authorized personnel only.

  2. Calls registered with the centralized helpline or authorized service center, wherein only cleaning of the unit or parts due to dust gathering, general explanations, returning products, or issues with software not being read/installed, are not to be construed as defects. The company does not undertake responsibility for the quality of software used by the purchaser.

  3. In case of any damage to the product or misuse detected by the authorized service center personnel, the warranty conditions will not apply, and repairs will be carried out subject to availability of parts and will be chargeable.

  4. Repairs during the warranty period will be carried out on a "Carry-In" basis. The purchaser shall bring the product to the Service Center where the product is registered for warranty service. The warranty does not cover the cost of transportation from the installation site to the Service Center.

THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. The product is not purchased from Vietsun or an authorized seller.

  2. The product is not used according to the instructions in the user manual, as determined by the authorized service center or company personnel.

  3. Defects caused by improper use, as determined by the authorized service center or company personnel.

  4. Warranty will be void if the product fails under certain conditions such as waterlogging or misuse.

  5. Modification or alterations made to the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by the company personnel.

  6. Site conditions that do not meet the recommended operating conditions of the product.

  7. The original serial number is removed, obliterated, or altered from the product.

  8. Defects caused by external factors beyond control, such as lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God, or damage during transit to the service center or the purchaser's residence.

  9. Defects caused by household pets, rodents, cockroaches, or other animals or insects.

  10. Under no circumstances is the company liable for loss or damage, including:

    a. Third-party claims for losses or damages.
    b. Loss or damage to records, information, or data.
    c. Customers are advised to back up hard disk contents before handing over the unit for repair. The company does not provide hard disk backup services.
    d. In case of repairs, hard disk contents may be destroyed, and customers will not be informed in advance. The company is not liable for data, records, or programs lost during repairs.

  11. Warranty does not cover third-party software, settings, content, data, or links, whether included or downloaded onto the product.

  12. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including wear and tear of camera lenses, batteries, or displays.

  13. Warranty does not cover defects caused by the product being used with accessories, software, or services not manufactured or supplied by the company, or used for purposes other than the product's intended use. Defects can be caused by viruses, unauthorized access to services, or hacking.

  14. Warranty does not cover defects caused by short-circuited batteries, broken seals, or tampering with the battery, or using the battery in non-specified equipment.

WARRANTY POLICY: PRODUCTS SOLD BY THIRD PARTIES/RESELLERS The warranty on items sold under this invoice is provided solely by the respective authorized agent, distributor, or seller and is valid only in the region specified (e.g., Vietnam) unless otherwise stated. When purchasing goods through third-party sellers, the terms of that seller's warranty will apply.

Vietsun is not responsible for warranty services provided by third-party sellers. Customers should contact the warranty service provider directly.

For eligible products, the warranty covers twelve months from the date of purchase. The warranty service is available based on the serial number and the original invoice.

Service Policy

  1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the device is securely packaged when handed over for repair. Vietsun is not responsible for damage caused during shipping.

  2. Customers must remove any lock or password, back up data, and turn off FMI (Find My iPhone) before submitting the device for service.

Pickup and Delivery Policy:

  1. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and including all accessories when submitting a warranty claim. If there is damage during transit, Vietsun is not liable.

  2. During pickup, customers must provide the item and any relevant accessories to the courier service.

Warranty Providers:
The manufacturer or their authorized service provider offers the warranty for each product. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer or their authorized repair facility according to the warranty rules outlined in the user manual or the official website.

Vietsun acts as a facilitator for warranty services but is not responsible for third-party warranty services.

Warranty Coverage:
The warranty only covers products purchased within the specified region (e.g., Vietnam) and is valid for customers within the territory. Refunds, replacements, or repairs will be processed within the same region.

After the warranty claim is processed, the product will be held for up to 30 days at Vietsun or the seller’s warehouse. After this period, the customer will no longer be able to claim the product.

Note: Please retain the original box and packaging for warranty claims.
